Refund Policy

for IT Development Services


1. IntroductionThis Refund Policy applies to all IT development services provided byOxi Global FZE through the website makesite.tech, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

By placing an order for our services, the Client agrees to this Refund Policy.
2. General PolicyDue to the nature of IT development services (custom development, consulting, and digital delivery), refunds are generally not provided once the work has commenced or been delivered.

Each project is tailored to the specific needs and requirements of the Client, and the services are considered "made to order." For this reason, no right of withdrawal or general refund applies after acceptance of the project terms and commencement of the work.
3. Eligibility for RefundsRefunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

- The Contractor is unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons within their control.
- The services delivered are fundamentally different from the agreed scope as outlined in the signed quotation or project brief.

Requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Oxi Global FZE.
4. How to Request a RefundClients wishing to request a refund must submit a written request to info@makesite.tech within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the services or from the agreed delivery date, clearly stating the reasons for the request and providing supporting evidence where applicable.

Refund requests submitted beyond this period will not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing If a refund request is approved, Oxi Global FZE will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 (fourteen) business days.

All bank charges, currency conversion fees, or intermediary fees will be borne by the Client, and the refunded amount may be adjusted accordingly.
6. Non-Refundable CasesThe following cases are strictly non-refundable:

- Change of mind after the project has started.
- Project delays caused by Client inaction or failure to provide required information or approvals.
- Cancellation of project by Client for reasons unrelated to the Contractor's performance.
- Force majeure events preventing delivery of services as planned.
7. Governing LawThis Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be resolved amicably where possible. Failing this, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of the UAE.
8. Updates to the Refund Policy Oxi Global FZE reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

The latest version will always be available on makeweb.tech/policy. Continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
